The EACTF Birthday Party Package includes a special welcome to the farm, a guided hayride on a custom-decorated trailer for your party (complete with a personalized greeting banner), a shaded picnic area for birthday guests (inside the barn if inclimate weather), paper- and plasticware for the party treats, outdoor games and activities, and a special birthday gift from Evergreen Acres to the special guest. The party can be held during the day, or for extra fun, after dark with a bonfire.

The cost is $6 per party guest, subject to a minimum of $50. Parents of the birthday child and parents of the party guests may join the hayride at no charge (we are limited by trailer space to 30-40 guests per hayride). Other party needs, such as food, beverages, cookies, birthday cake, ice cream, and party bags, are available as well for a modest additional fee; please let us know these needs in advance, and we can prepare a customized party proposal for you.
